For this flagship corporate conference, our client wanted something large and immersive.  To create this, we used a 32m x 6m curved CYC. Our projection element consisted of 5 x 20k Barco HD projectors.  Continuing the immersive feel, we leveraged 8 x Mac 700 and 20 LED strips to bring the colours off the screen and right out into the room.

Once a year, our friends at OzHarvest put on an event like no other. The CEO CookOff 2016 was no different. Through the CookOff night, OzHarvest’s goal to feed and entertain approximately 1,000 Aussies in need while providing an amazing and fun opportunity for 152 Australian bosses and their staff to roll up their sleeves, get involved and really lead by example. They get to cook up a storm, under the watchful eyes of 50 top Australian Chefs. All the while servicing those vulnerable in the community.

It is these kind of socially innovative and community minded events, that makes us proud to be part of. Austage Events has been supporting OzHarvest since 2004 when Ronni Kahn founded the organisation. We still look forward to every event.

Our team worked closely with Event Services & Production for this annual Football West Awards Night. We developed a concept for Football West, ensuring we had a  special reveal of the DJ by incorporating her into a projection mapped set. Large 3D model soccer balls were also custom made  and were lit up to add to the stage look and overall theme of the night.

Working to a client brief our team designed, developed and delivered a unique Audio Visual production in keeping with this annual VIP and very glamorous ceremonial event. We delivered a full Lina Array Audio System, a Central Main projection Screen, 2 x Side projection Screens and 4 x PIP circular feature projection screens, plus a full range of room lighting to complement the venue.

A visual solution with maximum impact was sought for this product launch. The retail activation ran over one week in a busy CBD shopping centre. We created the vision by using 6 panels of 55′ seamless video wall in a 2 x 3 configuration with a custom built display surround by BLAK.

For the Launch of Global Switch’s new Sydney Data Centre, we designed a custom 5 x 2m curved set and screen with 2x rear blended projections, controlled by the Christie Spider X20. Custom built rigging was also required to complement the unusual event space otherwise used as a corporate data centre.

We worked very closely with our client to develop, design and delivery a dynamic and visually spectacular industry awards night. Using a combination of hi-tech room lighting along and vintage theatrical lighting, our Technical Directors were able to help capture the event’s 1920 theme with great success.

Our team pre-visualised the lighting and set design to fit the client’s creative brief and specifications. Incorporating custom effects for each segment of the 12day event that included a TV studio Set, several Gala Dinners and a public exhibition with live demonstrations.

Working in conjunction with WAG to deliver all Staging, Lighting, Audio for this outdoor event. A Video Wall with custom elements of Truss Structures and Video Wall Surrounds created the main focal point to complement the awards ceremony.

Using Nexo Speaker System, Allen & Health iLive R72, Mega Deck Staging, 300mm Box Truss and JBL PRX 612 Powered Speaker.
