Our team pre-visualised the lighting and set design to fit the client’s creative brief and specifications. Incorporating custom effects for each segment of the 12day event that included a TV studio Set, several Gala Dinners and a public exhibition with live demonstrations.

Using Blackmagic Vision Rack, Barco HDX – W18 Flex WUXGA Projectors and Allen & Heath iLive Desks.

Working in conjunction with WAG to deliver all Staging, Lighting, Audio for this outdoor event. A Video Wall with custom elements of Truss Structures and Video Wall Surrounds created the main focal point to complement the awards ceremony.

Using Nexo Speaker System, Allen & Health iLive R72, Mega Deck Staging, 300mm Box Truss and JBL PRX 612 Powered Speaker.

Austage Events were tasked to drive the creative concept; producing the main stage look. Many PIP and keyed frame overlays were used via the X20 Spyder and our 20K projectors to bring the various screens to life. Image, custom content and a live Instagram feed were all projected during the night’s entertainment.

Austage Events created custom animated content for a circular screen, adding that something extra to this conference stage. Sponsor logos with the conference theme were both projected continuously over the course of two day event.
