Austage Events were tasked to drive the creative concept; producing the main stage look. Many PIP and keyed frame overlays were used via the X20 Spyder and our 20K projectors to bring the various screens to life. Image, custom content and a live Instagram feed were all projected during the night’s entertainment.

Part of the AOG 2016 week in Perth, we worked very closely with a Japanese Production Company and Performers. We created the event set up; involving 3x 20k projectors, displayed custom content onto 3x bespoke screens all controlled via the Spyder. Audio and lighting was also supplied by Austage Events. It was a very special evening for both the international performers and guests.

When Austage Events Perth and Villa Kula were asked do something that had never been done in Broome, we were both more than happy to oblige . Creating a private and exclusive VIP party for the Rob Broadfield Weekend for Telethon, right on Cable Beach. Everything was freighted up from Perth, then assembled to build a truly unique experience. Guests danced the night away to performances by Christine Anu and dined on meals prepared by celebrity chefs. The night also succeeded in raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for the Telethon.

The geometric invitation set the theme for this annual awards night. Utilising projection mapping, the Austage Events team displaying content on a bespoke set that stood 5m high and wide on stage between 2x 16×9 screens. Throughout the night, content matched the award category to talk to the overall appeal of stage and event room. Once formalities were completed, everyone partied to the DJ and the complementary VJ content.

A bespoke set was built, using the conference logo as inspiration and carefully selected a complementary colour palette. We then further personalised the event with client imagery, projection mapped onto screens.

Austage Events were tasked to turn an empty square room into a dynamic event space for the F1 world media. It was the night and platform, for Renault to launch their brand new Formula 1 racing team, as part of their global F1 events. With the input from our client, The Laneway Group, we designed and delivered a smooth event, that incorporated a Formula 1 car riding on a custom made surfboard.

Working tightly with our client Gluepot Productions, our team of Senior Technical Directors custom designed and built every audio visual aspects of this multi-day corporate conference. There were 12 separate events including gala dinners, plenaries, breakout sessions as well as a live performance over the course of 4-days, for a prominent Pharmaceutical brand.
Our vision for their brief, was to create something unique but also had a sense of wow. There was a combination of hi-tech room lighting and full audio design. However, the true star of the show was the 4x projector blend mapped on 15m x 14m screens integrated into an elaborate truss and stacked stage scaffolding set. This complex performance stage set up allowed for custom content projected on either side simultaneously but also a DJ box where headlining act; The Potbelleez performed, accompanied by dancers and all from within the actual scaffolding wall. An event experience unlike most corporate conferences.

When international DJ sensation and uber-babe Havana Brown came home to headline the Caulfield Cup Day entertainment, we were more than happy to design and build a bespoke mobile concert stage with a DJ box.
Using a 6mm VuePix LED Screen, Outline Mini Compass, MAC101 and MAC 301 befitting of the day’s dance party.

We supplied all lighting, audio, and draping for Central TAFE’s inaugural Fashion Show. Models strutted the catwalk with even glow while fashion visuals were projected around the perimeter of the bulkhead to complement each designers collection.
