A visual solution with maximum impact was sought for this product launch. The retail activation ran over one week in a busy CBD shopping centre. We created the vision by using 6 panels of 55′ seamless video wall in a 2 x 3 configuration with a custom built display surround by BLAK.

For the Launch of Global Switch’s new Sydney Data Centre, we designed a custom 5 x 2m curved set and screen with 2x rear blended projections, controlled by the Christie Spider X20. Custom built rigging was also required to complement the unusual event space otherwise used as a corporate data centre.

We worked very closely with our client to develop, design and delivery a dynamic and visually spectacular industry awards night. Using a combination of hi-tech room lighting along and vintage theatrical lighting, our Technical Directors were able to help capture the event’s 1920 theme with great success.

Austage Events were tasked to drive the creative concept; producing the main stage look. Many PIP and keyed frame overlays were used via the X20 Spyder and our 20K projectors to bring the various screens to life. Image, custom content and a live Instagram feed were all projected during the night’s entertainment.

Part of the AOG 2016 week in Perth, we worked very closely with a Japanese Production Company and Performers. We created the event set up; involving 3x 20k projectors, displayed custom content onto 3x bespoke screens all controlled via the Spyder. Audio and lighting was also supplied by Austage Events. It was a very special evening for both the international performers and guests.

When Austage Events Perth and Villa Kula were asked do something that had never been done in Broome, we were both more than happy to oblige . Creating a private and exclusive VIP party for the Rob Broadfield Weekend for Telethon, right on Cable Beach. Everything was freighted up from Perth, then assembled to build a truly unique experience. Guests danced the night away to performances by Christine Anu and dined on meals prepared by celebrity chefs. The night also succeeded in raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for the Telethon.

The geometric invitation set the theme for this annual awards night. Utilising projection mapping, the Austage Events team displaying content on a bespoke set that stood 5m high and wide on stage between 2x 16×9 screens. Throughout the night, content matched the award category to talk to the overall appeal of stage and event room. Once formalities were completed, everyone partied to the DJ and the complementary VJ content.
