What goes into delivering 11 individual events over 7 venues and 10 separate event spaces in just 6 days? Military style logistics coordination, copious coffee consumption, a couple of all-nighters and planning, planning, planning. The result? Event Magic at its best.
Working with dream partner, International Productions for the conference extravaganza; that had up to 800 guests at any given time. Sessions featured custom designed and built TV Studio set, 2 plenaries, 5 awards events, a welcome cocktail function as well as a gala dinner finale. Not to mention the theatrics, live performances from the likes of Guy Sebastian and celebrities guest speakers such as Barry Humphries.
For a such extraordinary event, we needed an equally extraordinary team; we had over 50 AV staff and 130 crew movements to coordinate and manage. This ensured the success of the event, so we could deliver on time and on budget.
